There are a LOT of certifications that could fall into those areas. Also, just so you know, you probably can't become an expert in all three fields. I think you could make a lot more money working in ONE area.
For DBA, you could get like some Oracle certs, or some MS certs (lots of little specialized certs here).
For Programming, you could go with .NET, or Java, or any of the other languages out there.
For Networking, the names I hear most are Cisco and Juniper. Most networking people go for Cisco. There are a few others out there too, but not too much demand for them. All the best
